LOTRO: Harpooned a sweet Huntress Outfit from Lampooned

3 Oct

Costume advice was sort out from LANDROVAL LAMPOON for Sunngiffu (yeah the ones that sent me my Scholarly Merchant outfit for Tsuhhere.)

They sent me an entire outfit ready to go!

Sunngiffu my huntress with Harlequin and Calamity Jane flavours got here first makeover!

point thirdty Flower wideroad

My Costume Noobness shows as I forgot to take note of the items that make up the outfit…OOPS!

What I lack in Cosmetic blogging I can make up with cool GIF’ing (and more than surpass with stupidity!)

‘You spin me right round, baby

Right round like a record, baby

Right round round round’

Needless to say that Sunngiffu is happy to be outfitted again in a proper outfit suitable for hunting and general adventuring, an outfit definitely more in character.

An outfit to get down and dirty in, yet one that cleans up right nice!

NOW that is an idea I have not seen…COSMETIC COSMETICS…I sense a lack of understanding from my audience…

Think about it: a cosmetic ‘effect’ that cosmetically effects the whole look…

DIRTY cosmetic – clothes are dirty…looks like they need a wash…

MUDDY – well you have just wrapped up running around Midgewater Marsh deeds and there should be mud caking your lower half…(The festival look!)

WORN – clothes are ripped and shoddy

WET – clothes are well, wet looking… climb out of the river in your full set of heavy armour after an enjoyable quick dip, your hair and cloak should be sodden for a while…or maybe it’s raining!

BURNT – you know, blackened around the edges more appropriate to having beaten an ORC to death while on FIRE!

NEW – pristine, just off the shop mannequin

HOT n SWEATY – well damp around the pits!

SPARKLY – spent all night polishing your bits…they should dazzle and blind!

Looking snazzy! I didn’t actually get a chance to see this outfit before Miri sent it to you, so nice hunter colors, I’m glad you like it!

Also, interesting idea with the muddy/wet/torn/etc. cosmetic effects. That would be a lot to do for the programmers, but heck what a cool idea!

Torn and worn…yeah for LOTRO cosmetic effects ‘may’ not happen…

      Outfit is great 🙂
